Together, we can create just that. With your support, we can build two duplexes, creating four new homes to restore hope, dignity, and create a future for families within Pickens County.
Campaign overview: Investment of $750,000
Family Promise will construct and furnish two duplexes on the Family Promise property, creating four total units to assist transitioning families while also allowing the families to be closer to available resources through the Day Center.
Phase 1: Investment of $375,000
Construction of first duplex (2 units) with a target start date of Spring 2027. These units will serve two families that may otherwise find themselves separated in shelters or hotels.
Phase 2: $375.000
Construction of second duplex, adding two additional units, allowing Family Promise to support up to four families on site. Start date will depend on completion of Phase 1.
